All vendors must apply through the official application form on the website. Applications open to the public on May 1, 2026. Past vendors will be invited to apply before public launch.

This is a curated event. Vendors are reviewed by the event committee and coordinator. We prioritize vendors aligned with sobriety and recovery, mental health and wellness, holistic healing, community resources, nonprofits, and healthy intentional living.

Vendors will be placed in Jr. Seau Amphitheater and Lot 30, with most vendors located in Lot 30. Booth placement is assigned by the event team. Standard booth spaces are typically 10x10 unless otherwise noted. Vendors must bring their own canopy, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and tent weights. Electricity is not provided, and only whisper quiet generators are allowed if needed.

Vendor pricing will be listed in the application. Payment is only required after acceptance to secure your spot and will be invoiced through PayPal by The Nowell Family Foundation. Vendor fees are non refundable. This is a fully sober, rain or shine event, and all vendors must comply with city regulations and event guidelines.

Volunteer opportunities may include setup, check in, vendor support, guest assistance, breakdown, and other event day needs.

Selected volunteers will be contacted with next steps and event details closer to the festival.

Volunteers should be prepared to arrive early, support a sober and community focused environment, and follow all event guidelines provided by the team.

We are looking for artists whose work aligns with the spirit of the festival, including themes of healing, recovery, wellness, connection, and community.

Placement for live painters will be determined by the event team. Artists should be prepared to bring their own materials, supplies, and setup unless otherwise noted in the application.

Approved live painters will be notified by email on a rolling basis with additional details before the event.
